- In a wok or pan,add 3 tbsp of sesame oil and add minced garlic,ginger,green chillies and saute well.
- Add vegetables and onions after 3 minutes. Saute well in high flame.
- Add red chilli flakes, salt, scrambled eggs. Then add precooked mutton and saute it for 5 minutes. Make sure the mutton is cooked well and have to be small pieces.
- Add the boiled noodles and toss it well..add crushed pepper powder
- Add soy sauce and vinegar.
- Your mutton chowmein is ready.
