- Take 3 bunches Spinach
- Prepare 1 bunch Dil leaves
- Take 1&1/2 tbsp Green chilli paste
- Prepare 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Take 1 Onion
- Make ready 1 tsp Haldi powder
- Take to taste Salt
- Prepare 3 tbsp Oil

- Take oil in cooker put onion saute it light brown or change in color. Add mutton, green chilli paste ginger garlic paste, salt, haldi powder, mix well saute and take whistle untill mutton is tender. It takes nearly 15 mins.
- Now add the washed spinach, cook it untill it's done. It's ready. Easy to prepare and healthy to eat.
