Instructions to make Pearl Millet Pakoras:
- In mixing bowl add both flours, chopped onion and fenugreek leaves, green chillies ginger paste, peppercorns powder and salt, add enough water to make pakoras batter.
- Heat oil for frying. Add soda bi carb in prepared batter and mix well. Take little little portion from prepared batter and drop gently in hot oil, few at a time. Deep fry on medium flame till crispy golden.
- Serve/ Relish Hot Delicious Pearl Millet Pakoras with hot tea/coffee.
