Steps to make Moukhabbas:
  1. Cook the eggplant on direct fire (cooker stove or charcoal grill) just like when preparing babaghannouj then peel it off, chop finely or mince, and put it in a big bowl

  3. Spread the mixture in a serving plate and then put the parsley on the surface
