- Add 1/2 kg oil add all ingredients except salt and vinegar.
- Stir fry keeping mixture just wet for 2 minutes.
- Add Keri / raw Mango cook for 5 to 7 minutes till mango become soft.
- Add vinegar and remove from flame add 1/2 kg oil and set aside.
- Allow to cool and store in jar or bottle.
- Ready to eat.
