- Get 1 Litre Water

Instructions to make Mutton Nehari:
- In a Pan add Ghee/Oil. Add Onion and lightly fry it until golden brown. Take them out in a bowl when fried.
- In the same Ghee/Oil. Add Ginger Garlic Paste. Mix and add Mutton in it. Mix until Chicken's colour turnes White.
- Add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Nihari Masala, All Spices Powder and Mix everything together.
- In a Blender add Yoghurt, and Fried Onions. Blend everything together.
- Add the Blended Yoghurt and Onions in the Mutton Mixture. Mix for 4 minutes.
- Add Water in it. Mix it. Cover and Cook for 20 minutes on Medium Flame.
- In another pan add Plain Flour. Roast it until colour turnes brown.
- Now See your Mutton. Uncover it and Mix Well.
- Add 1 Cup Water in the Flour. Whisk it.
- Add the Flour and Water in the Mutton. Stir in between.
- Cover and Cook for 10 minutes on very low flame.
- Nihari is ready. Time to Serve it.

The name Nihari comes from the Arabic word 'Nahar', meaning day. 'Nihari' is eaten just after the morning namaaz(prayer). It is a hot and spicy meat stew.
