  1. Cut the carrots, celery and onion into a medium size.
  2. Arrange the Lamb meat into a cooking tray. Mix all the carrots, celery and onion Inyo the tray

  7. Put a water that is look exactly enough for the rice and let it boil and cover let it be cook in a small heat.
  8. Now for the Rice toping.. add the butter and all the nuts that you desire and the dry grapes.. cook it until it’s brown and keep it for the toppings when rice is cooked put in on the top of rice.
