- Meanwhile,grinder the coconut,garlic,Shallot,and green chilli.grind coarsely.now add the grinded coconut into the pan and cover the lid for a minutes. And cook for sometime till it's done.then mix and mashed it nicely garnish it with grated coconut.jackfruit curry is ready to serve.
- For millet pitha,mix the millet flour with rice flour,salt,and grated coconut,and sugar,add 1/2cup coconut milk to make a very fine batter. Consistency.
- Heat 2tablespoon of oil in a tawa,and pour the batter in a tawa,and make a pitha shape type,and fry both upside down in a low flame.fry till it's done and switch off the flame.
