- Transfer the masala powder onto chillies,add turmeric,salt and lemon extract.Mix everything well and keep aside.
- Now heat 1/4 C oil.Use mustard oil for more flavours.
- Once the oil is hot,add a pinch of asafoetida/hing and switch off the flame. Cool it completely and pour it to the chilli mixture.Add vinegar(optional)for longer preservation.Your pickle is ready and you can consume it after two hours or keep it under sun for 2 days, for further flavours.๐
