  1. Wash the mutton
  2. Take oil in a kadahi. Then add half chopped onion. Keep rest of the onion for later use.
  3. When onion get brown, add mutton, saute it for 5 minutes, add garlic, green cardamom, salt, rest of the Onion, green chillies, Kashmiri Lal Mirch powder. Add some water according to need.
  4. Now cover the lid and let it cook until mutton get tender.
  5. When mutton finally cooked, then in high flame, starts sauteing it until water get dry.
  6. Pyaazi Mutton is ready. serve this with roti, paratha, naan.
