  1. Wash aloe vera properly. Peel throny edges carefully and cut in to small square pieces.

  3. Drain the water and pat it on kitchen towel to remove the water completely.
  4. Heat oil in a pan on smoking point.
  5. Reduce the heat. Let it little cool.
  6. Add asafoetida in it and soute for a while.
  7. Add aloe vera and fenugreek seeds in it and saute for five minutes.
  8. Add salt and pepper, turmeric powder, dry mango powder in it. Mix well.
  9. Switch off the flame. Add vinegar in it.
  10. Cool it on room temperature and tranfer to sterilized bottle.
  11. See that the oil covers the top layer so that it does not get spoilt.
