- Heat the oil when it release smoke switch off the flame
- When I oil comes In the room temperature add red chilli powder and onion seeds
- Mix properly then, add ready to mix pickle masala
- Mix it properly,then add it in grated mangoes
- Mix all ingredients properly
- Now cut the Muslim cloth in 6 by 6 inch in pieces to feel the prepared pickle
- In this muslin cloth put one or two spoon of pickles and knot it, and put in the glass jar all pickle potlis
- Airtight the the jar with lid and potli pickle is ready
- If needed add some more oil in the jar to cover the potlis,so that it will never spoil
