- Put on to heat, Add pudding still stirring constantly as the pudding thickens add coconut flakes.
- Let cool just a bit then add pudding mixture to pie crust.
- Put egg whites in a bowl into beat till a little frothy. Then turn mixer on high. Add a little vanilla extract. Beat till stiff
