  2. Then add onions and fry until golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and boiled Mutton and fry for 5 mins on low flame.
  3. Now add tomatoes, pulao massala or biryani massala and cook until the tomatoes become soft.
  4. Now add water, green chillies and salt.
  5. Now add yellow food colour, Biryani essence and rice and cook until water evaporates
  6. Now cook until 90% of the water evaporates evaporates. Cook on low flame for 15 to 20 mins.
