  4. In a bowl Mix sattu,salt,kalonji,onion,garlic,ginger,green chilli,garam masala,chilli powder,c coriander leaves, mustard oil and lemon juice
  5. Add little water and mix well
  6. Divide the dough into equal portions and stuff the stuffing inside it
  7. Flatten between palms
  8. Grease with clarified butter and put in baking tray
  9. Preheat the oven on 180°
  10. Bake prepared litti for 30 minutes on 180°
  11. Smear clarified butter on litti and serve with chokha and garlic chutney.
