  7. Now take a deep pan or Kadai add mustard seeds sand jeera hing and let it splutter then add onions pinch of salt to the onions turmeric powder and cook well.
  8. Let it turn golden brown. After it turns golden brown add the daal chilli powder dhaniya powder amchur jeera powder and mix well and cook for 5 mins. Add lime juice after it cools.Serve into a bowl and garnish with pudina leaves.
  9. For churma : Now on the gas stove place the grill and place one boiled bati over the flame and cook well on both sides and keep aside.Repeat the process for one more.
  10. Now take a mixi jar add sugar, cardamom and two bati and make it into powder.Churma is ready.
  11. Take a bowl add sliced onions add salt,lime juice mix well and keep aside.
  12. Serve all together. Fried bati churma onions and daal.
