- Heat some sesame oil in a kadai and fry some spices (Cinnamon, Clove & Cardamom) in medium flame.

- Now add some tomato puree and mix them all together and continue frying in medium flame.
- Add some curd and ginger garlic paste and fry them all in high flame for 2 minutes.
- Now add a pinch of Garam Masala and mint leaves and saurt it well.
- Your recipe is hot ready to serve.
