- Add garlic chutney (crush 3-4 garlic cloves in a jar and mix 1 tbsp red chili powder) and mix well and turn off the gas.
- Now add the boiled lentils, add 1 cup of water and cook on low heat for 3-5 minutes. Add salt if needed.
- For making rotla : Take a little water in a bowl and add salt in it, then add millet flour and knead the dough with water.
- After the dough is formed, make a circle and make rotala.
- Then bake from both sides, apply ghee after it is baked.
- Take a serving plat and garnish a Dal with coriander, also put rotla and serv with onion, green turmeric, kashri, masala buttermilk.
