  1. Heat the pan. And saute the oats and semolina for 2 mints on lower flame separately.
  2. Now, take it out of the pan and pour in bowl. Now, add chopped veggies, curd, salt. Mix it well. Leave it for 15 mints.
  3. Now, add eno fruit salt and mix well and place onto idli plates and steam for 15 mints on lower flame. Serve with sambhar and chutney.
