- Mix dry ingredients very well, add oil and egg then mix well.
- Use water to bind the dough, knead well to a softer dough.
- Cover for fifteen minutes.
- Make two balls of the dough.
- Dust working table and roll to very thin roti
- Cut in triangles, when both balls have done making triangles, poke with fork or toothpick on each triangle, so it does not puff up when frying.
- Deep fry on medium flame to crispy nachos.
