  1. Take a big bowl add all ingredients one by one and with water make a smooth lump free batter
  2. Heat and Grease non stick tawa. Mix eno with sprinkle water in the batter.spread a ladle full batter spread on tawa when it seems colour change again sprinkle oil on it and flip the side crisp both sides on a low flame.make all dosa like that
  3. When u spread batter the flame should be slow otherwise difficult to spread in round shape. Serve hot with chutney, pickle or butter a the curd.

Ingredients for Sarson Ka Saag - Makki Ki Roti. Maize flour or cornmeal is made using the dried corn grain, which is milled into a smooth, pale yellow coloured flour. Add Makki Atta, Methi leaves, Green Chillies, Garam Masala Powder, Kali Mirch / Black Pepper Powder, Salt and mix well. Add sufficient Luke warm water and knead into a soft dough. She also says that this dosa is good for health as methi cools the body.
