How to make Moong Dal Kachori. Take maida in a big bowl, add salt and oil and mix well. Now add little water at a time and knead soft dough same as required for making chapatti. Moong Daal Kachori -are very popular breakfast and snack from North India.

- Kachori dough - mix the flour and 1/3 cup oil, salt together. Add some water and knead the soft dough. Give it rest for 20 min.
- Moong dal filling - boil the king dal for 15-20 min. Drain excess water and allow it to cool down. Grind it coarsely and keep it aside. Heat oil add ginger and chillies. Saute for a few minutes. Add cooked dal with spices. Cook for a few minutes.
