  1. Wash all seeds,add salt and pressure cook for 3 whistles. Once 3 whistles done, release pressure manually and open cooker lid.
  2. While seeds are in pressure cooking, make puree of coriander, green garlic and green chillies.
  3. Heat oil, add cumin seeds and saute this green puree for few minutes. Then add cooked seeds, turmeric powder, salt and lemon. Mix well and little water and cook for while.
  4. After 5 minutes turn off gas, garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot with any Indian flat bread.
