- Prepare 200 ml fresh cream
- Make ready 1/4 cup condensed milk
- Get 1 tsp lemon juice
- Make ready 1 tsp lemon zest
- Make ready 1-2 drops vanilla essence or orange essence
- Take 2-4 saffron strands soaked in 2 tsp warm milk
- Get 1 tsp tutti frutti
Orange, vanilla, raspberry and strawberry ice cream scoops on white background. This ice cream is literally the easiest thing to make. A couple of hours before you want to make this, peel and section your oranges. Lay them flat on a tray and freeze until solid.
Steps to make Orange icecream:
- First beat the cream. Add condensed milk. Beat again. Add lemon zest and lemon juice, mix well. Add vanilla or orange essence. Mix well.
- Now, cut upper portion of the orange. Using knife or spoon take out all the pulps and keep in another bowl. Now don't throw the upper portion of the orange. Instead cover the orange with the cut portion and wrap using plastic wrap. Keep in the refridgerater.
- Now coming to icecream mixture. Blend the orange pulp in a blender to prepare juice. Using strainer you can strain the juice and remove the pulp. Now add this juice to the icecream mixture, add saffron milk. Mix well. Add tutti frutti.
- Transfer to a airtight container. Wrap with plastic wrap to avoid ice formarion. Now cover the container with lid. Keep in freezer for 4-5 hours. Take out the ice cream. Using scoop, mix the ice cream again.Now take out the orange (we kept in refridgerater after removing the pulp). Fill the orange with ice cream. Cover it and keep in freezer for another 4-5 hours.
- Take out after 4-5 hours. Orange icecream is ready. You can serve as it is or cut into 4 pieces and serve. Enjoy this delicious icecream
