  1. Fry onion, carrots and celery in a little oil. After a few minutes, add sausage meat and brown. Then add some wine and let it evaporate. Add passata sauce and simmer for about 30 mins. Add some water if it starts getting dry
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted water. Drain 3 minutes before cooking time is up. Grease a round aluminum tray with olive oil and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs
  3. Add pasta to sauce. Mix and add scamorza cheese. Add pasta to tray
  4. Cover all over with bechamel sauce and top with Parmesan and breadcrumbs. Bake at 200 for about 20 minutes
  5. Turn upside down onto a plate and serve 😊
