- Make ready 300 g Quorn mince
- Make ready 2 tbsp oil
- Make ready 1 medium red onion
- Make ready 1 red chilli

- Take 250 ml vegetable stock

There's a classic chilli con carne or try something new, like our vegetarian white chilli or chilli. A rich spicy chilli utilising Quorn mince instead of beef! For those meat-eaters out there replace the Quorn mince with beef and add a beef stock cube instead of the vegetable one. Quorn is a healthy and sustainable source of protein.
Instructions to make Chilli-Quorn-Charlie:
- Finely chop the onion and add to a large pan with the oil. Cook on a low heat for 5-8 mins until soft
- Finely dice the red pepper, red chilli and crush the garlic. Turn the heat up to medium and add to the pan, for a few minutes until softened.
- Add the spices and stir for 2 mins until aromatic
- Add the tomatoes, passata, puree and stock. Stir and let simmer for 8 mins.
- Add the drained beans, quorn, honey and Worcester sauce. Stir and simmer for 10 mins. Or leave on a low heat until ready.
- Add salt, pepper and more Worcester sauce to taste. Serve with boiled rice, tortilla chips and grated cheese.
