- Get 1 boiled potato
- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Take to taste Salt

- Make ready 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Prepare 1 tsp cumin coriander powder
- Take 3 tsp Coriander for garnishing
Steps to make Lilva Stuff Aloo Dhokli:
- Heat oil in a cooker. Add chopped onion ginger chilli garlic paste and saute till looks transparant add chopped tomato mix well Now add salt turmeric powder pinch soda and Wash pegion peas and add saute for 2-3min. Add 1/2glass water and cook on slow flame.
- For dough:- Take a wheat flour in a paraat add oil carom seeds ginger chilli paste salt sugar cumin coriander powder and fresh chopped methi leaves. Mix well and knead a tight dough. Leave it for 10min.
- Boil potato peel and chopped in a small pieces.and make all masala like red chilli powder asofoetida garam masala cumin coriander red chilli powder salt mix well. Heat oil in a pan and saute. Chopped potato mixture lastly add sugar garam masala mix properly turn off flame let it cool.
- Now make a small balls and roll small puri on a palm stuff potato mixture and seal make potli. Like this way make all potli. And Add in pegion peas mixture. Add 1/2glass more water and cover and make 3whistle. Open immidiately after 3whistle and add cumin powder red chilli powder garam masala jeggary and llemon juice. Mix well and cook for 7-10min. On slow flame.
