Instructions to make Madeleines:
  1. Preheat the oven at 200C (400F), and butter a madeleine pan. Set aside.
  2. Mix the flour, the baking powder and the salt together in a bowl.

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the eggs & sugar mix with a wood spoon. Add the butter, and whisk with the electric mixer until the mixture has a texture similar to that of dough.
  5. Put around 3/4 of a tablespoon in each cavity of the madeleine pan. Put in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until the contour is golden.
