  1. Wash and soak the dal for an hour. In a pressure cooker, heat Oil, add the Onions first followed by the ginger garlic paste. Saute for a while and then add all the masalas/spices along with Mutton bone-in. Saute for a few minutes on a medium high heat. I have used Raw Mango Seed or Kernels that were left after I used the whole of it for Sun dried Amchur or Dry Mango powder. The recipe of it is already shared on my account.
  2. Next is to add the tomatoes. Cover and allow to simmer. Saute for a while until soft and cooked. Now add 2 cups of water along with the soaked dal and pressure cook on high for 8 whistles.
