  7. Prepare 2 cups Dates tamaring chutney
  8. Make ready 1/2 cup Pomegranate arils
  9. Take 1/2 cup Salted boondi
  10. Get 1/4 cup Roasted cumin powder
  11. Take 1/4 cup Red chilli powder
  12. Get 1/4 cup Black salt
  13. Make ready 1/4 cup Chopped coriander
  14. Get to taste Salt
  15. Prepare 1 litre Buttermilk
  16. Get as required Oil for frying
  17. Prepare 750 grams Sweetened curd
Instructions to make Dahi Vada:
  1. Soak all dals after washing for 30 mins. Then take them all in a mixer jar. Discard water. Add green chillies salt and pepper powder. Grind well to make a batter
  2. Heat up oil for frying vadas. Till then beat the batter to incorporate air. Now when oil is hot. Put vadas into oil. Fry them. Make all vadas like this. Now soak all the vadas into buttermilk. For an hour.
  3. Take a serving plate. Put some vadas on it. Pour sweetened curd as per choice. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and black salt as per taste. Apply dates tamarind chutney. Put some arils of pomegranate, salted boondi. Garnish with coriander.
