  1. Lettuce put in a wash bowl, under the running water, cut the top of lettuce, separate the leaves carefully. then cut into a bowl shape.
  2. Remove the intestine mud of shrimps, cut into 1cm cubes. then roughly chopped. - mix 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp rice wine, 1 tsbp corn starch and shrimps. marinate for 20 minutes
  3. Cut the rest of ingredients into small dices. - crush cashrew
  4. Add 1/2tbsp cooking oil, stir-fry shrimps until the color becomes red. take the shrimps out.
  5. Add garlic, ginger and onion. stir-fry for 1 min. then add carrot, mushroom, water chestnuts, stir-fry for another 1 min. - add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp white pepper. then add shrimps, before finish add 1/2 tsp sesame oil and chinese celery, stir-fry for 10sec. then transfer to a serving dish.
  6. Put some in a lettuce bowl, then sprinkle cashew on the top. - ~bon appetit!
