  1. Heat a frying pan with olive oil, fry the thinly sliced garlic, take them out when golden brown. Put the salt and peppered steak into the pan.

  3. The steak should be cooked just 2 and a half minutes on one side, and turned over to cook a further 2 and a half minutes on the other side until golden brown. Add the A seasoning ingredients with the meat juice to make the sauce.
