  1. In med frying pan melt butter untill golden brown
  2. Add onions and cook 1 min
  3. Add flour and wisk to make rue
  4. Wisk in heavy cream
  5. Add milk and wisk till cream sauce thickens
  6. Add salt n pepper to taste
  7. Add lobster and potatoes and let simmer for 10 min
  8. Serve in bowls and sprinkle bacon on top and enjoy
