Also add a generous measure of dry mint and a squeeze of lemon juice to the kabab mix. Mix some hung yoghurt/reduced fat sour cream with spicy green chutney to make a spicy filling.

  3. Grind it and take out in mixing bowl.
  4. Mix all the leftover ingredients well.
  5. Grease your hand and make kabab and roast on non stick pan add some oil if needed.
  6. Serve hot with any homemade chutney or onion tomato rings.
