  4. Don't add too much water (if water is too much then cook it again till extra water absorbed)
  5. Now sprinkle the garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur powder on it
  6. At last time to give tadka
  7. Heat the oil in small kadhai
  8. Add oil then add cumin seeds and a pinch of hing
  9. When it sprinkles spread it on the dal
  10. Don't mix the tadka and masala in to dal (as you shown in the pic)
  11. Whenever you want to eat take it directly and enjoy it with roti or paratha..
