- Add turmeric and salt to fish and marinate for 10minutes.
- Add oil to heated pan, let the fish fry over hot oil.
- Fry them till it's light golden brown and keep them aside ina.
- Add some more oil to same heated pan, and then add cinnamon stick, Cardamom and fry them.
- Add onion paste and fry it for few seconds, then add ginger, garlic and green chilli paste. Fry till the raw smell is gone.
- Then add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder and salt. Fry the mashala till oil separate.
- Add sugar and mix it well, now put the fried fish into the cooking pan, add 2tblspn water and cover it for 2minutes in medium flame.
- Now add orange juice to it in low flame, do not boil. Add sliced green chillies.
- Add garam masala powder and mix it well.
- Then cover it for 3minutes after switch off the flame.
- And it's ready to serve after adding orange slices into it.
- Koi Komola now ready to served with hot rice
