- Remove rice from water and add to mirepoix. Stir rice for 3 minuets. Add 8 cups of cold water. Bring rice to boil. Keep the stove burner on medium heat. Keep uncover until all of the water is evaporated. This process will take 15 to 20 mins
- Once water is evaporated. Remove from heat and cover. Allow rice to sit for a minimum of 30 mins. Grab a fork and move your rice around. Plate serve and enjoy!
