- In a pan heat oil put green chilli saute for a minute. Now add onion and saute for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Now add carrots and saute till tender.
- Now add capsicum saute for a minute and add sauces, vinegar and salt in it. Mix well so all ingredients combined well.
- Now add roti strips and mix well. Cover it and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
- Serve hot.
