  1. Frist add dry ingredients:Maida, powder sugar, baking powder, baking soda
  2. Then add milk,curd,lemon curd,lemon zest, lemon juice, lemon essence,oil to mix them well
  3. And then prepare the tin and pour the mixture for baking 60mins
  4. For frosting: add icing sugar in bowl and mix 200 ml of milk mix it and keep it in freezer for 30mins
  5. After 30 minutes split the frosting in 2 bowl in one bowl keep it aside and another bowl add lemon essence and lemon curd to mix and keep it for 30mins
  6. In one bowl add corn flour 25gm and mix to keep aside
  7. After 60mins cake baked well
  8. Add lemon curd frosting cream
  9. After add white cream frosting
  10. Atlast you can decorate as you wish

Push down lightly for the ice-cream to adhere better to the cake rounds. Cover the cake with Cool Whip, making swirls with a spatula. Return to the freezer until ready to serve depending on the setting of your freezer. Place the first layer on top of your cake board. Pour the ice cream base over top of the cake and spread evenly with a spatula.
