- Cover and place in a warm place again, and leave it till it proofs to double it's original size.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to around 200°C
- When the dough's proofed enough, brush it with beaten egg white, then pop it in the oven.
- 20-30 minutes should be able to get it well done.
