When it spreads, top up the chopped vegetables in small quantities along with Coriander leaves, curry leaves, ginger and green chillies. Sprinkle some salt. Apply oil on the corners and on the top of uttapam. Flip and roast uttapam from the other side till all the vegetables are cooked applying oil.
- Once done with roasting uttapam from both sides, sprinkle black pepper powder, chat masala, and black salt on the top. Then serve with chutney or sauce.
