These are flaky and tasty kachoris made with a spiced moong dal stuffing. the trick to get the flaky Thin kachori will become too crisp and get hard. Whereas thick kachori may have undercooked dough from inside. In the recipe I have used organic. Crispy, flaky and delicious Urad Dal Kachori is my all time favorite snack.

- In a bowl, take a maida flour, add oil and knead the dough with cold water. Then rest it for 15 to 20 minutes.

- Now take flour balls and roll roti from it, add mungdal stuffing and make kachori. Fry the prepared kachoris in the oil till they turn golden brown. So the crispy moong dal's kachori is ready ……….
