The ingredients needed to make Mandarin Delight:
  1. Make ready 18 mcvities ginger nuts
  2. Make ready 1 can tesco spray crean
  3. Take 1 can mandarin segments in juice
  4. Get 1 cup (milk/dark) chocolate shavings
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup orange juice
Steps to make Mandarin Delight:
  1. Drain the mandarin segments and mix the juice from it with the orange juice.
  2. Dip a biscuit in the juice and place it on the serving dish.
  3. Shake the cream spray well and spray a bit on the biscuit. Place a mandarin segment on it.
  4. Then dip another biscuit in the juice and place it slanting over the mandarin segment, spray some cream over it and place a mandarin segment. Repeat the same process with the remaining ingredients. We aren't layering on top of eachother, it's just going to be a little slant.
  5. Sprinkle the chocolate shavings over it and place in the fridge to set for 1-2 hours.
  6. You can also layer the ingredients in a serving glass if you wish too. Like the one I have done in the picture below.
