- In 2 tablespoons of oil, add the finely chopped onion along with the garlic and saute for a minute. Add in the meat mince next and get it thoroughly combined with the onions and the garlic and let it saute for a minute too.
- Add in the black pepper, salt, coriander, cumin and garam masalas along with cubeb pepper powder and give it all a good mix.
- Cover and let it sit on a medium flame for 2 minutes or till thoroughly cooked through. Preheat your oven to 180 °. Cut the puff pastries into triangles. Slide a cut right through the center of the square.
- On a large greased baking pan, start to arrange the puff pastry. Place a triangle with one of it edge pointing towards the inside and the other edge sideways while the one side or base is facing the direction opposite to the second edge.
- With each piece, overlap the edge towards the inside with the alternate piece, as if trying to bring a same intersection point. With that done, take the cooked mince and spread it out onto the inner half of the pastries making sure to not leave beyond a inch and a half mark.
- Carefully, start pulling the edges onto the mince and then tucking it under, securing it gently but tight.
- Finally, brush the top with a beaten egg. Sprinkle some Black Seeds or Kalonji. Bake this for about 25 minutes or a little more till completely baked.
- Serve hot with ketchup or chilli garlic sauce.
