  1. Soak jawar for 10-12hrs. Pressure cook vegetables and do 1 whistle. Keep aside. In Same water add soaked jawar and washed daal (don't soak daal, just wash and add) add salt as require and enough water. Do 4-5 whistle and let it cool down.
  2. Heat oil in a vassal, add cumin seeds and vegetables (onion, tomato, capsicum, cooked veggies)add salt and saute for a min. Add cooked jawar and daal and mix well. Saute for a min.
  3. Add mint paste and mix, now add black pepper powder and mix well, simmer for 2-3min. (If require, then add some water) Transfer into bowl, garnish with coriander and serve hot with curd, or buttermilk.
