  1. Prepare 2 cups - Rice cooked
  2. Take 1/2 - Carrot grated

Steps to make Fried Rice:
  1. Ek kardai mein oil daale and garam karein. Fir usme jeera add karein. fry karein. Ab isme onion add karein & light brown hone tak fry karein.
  2. Ab hari mirch add karein. Ab isme carrot, potato, cabbage, cauliflower add karein & fry karein.
  3. Thordi der achhi trh se cook karein fir isme matar or tomato add karein. Ab isme salt, haldi, pav bhaji masala add karein. mix karein.
  4. Ab isme cooked rice add karein and achhi se mix karein. Coriander leaves & kishmish daale and mix karein. Serve karein.
