- Sprinkle fruit with juice over top of batter keeping more to the center. Add all of juice that has formed in bowl!!
- Bake in 350*F oven for 20-25 minutes or required length of time for cake to be golden and dry on top.
- Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, or plain, all are good.
