  1. Prepare 1 bowl wheat flour (atta)
  2. Prepare 1 bowl refined flour (maida)
  3. Make ready 125 gm cabbage
  4. Make ready 1 Medium size onion
  5. Make ready 1.5 "Ginger piece
  6. Take 2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Prepare 3 tsp salt
  8. Get 100 ml oil….or GHEE

  2. Make fine grate or chop cabbage+onion+ginger very finely…….don't add anything to it else it will shed water.
  3. Mix red chilli powder+salt and make its mixture and keep aside..&…take oil in 1bowl
  4. After 15 min….. smooth the dough and make equal parts. Roll them to very thin chapati with the help of atta four.
  5. Thin chapati should've as below. Then pour 2 drops of oil/ghee in middle,spread it in middle…then sprinkle mixture over it…..
  6. Then add chopped or grated vegetables in middle in shape of triangle in middle and again sprinkle some mixture over it…
  7. Now fold it in a shape of triangle…..as follows……
  8. With the help of roller,gently roll it over with light pressure after sprinkle little atta flour….then heat a pan with oil at medium flame and put the sealed part on pan first then cook the parathas on medium flame only……
  9. Prepare one paratha at a time…..or they will get moist……so be careful…..
  10. At last your tasty,healthy, delicious,mouth watering parathas are ready. You can serve it with tomato sauce or your favourite servings.
  11. Or make a star of the parathas and serve your kids. They will get tempted to eat it 😉
