- Heat oil in a skillet..add sun dried lentils and fry till golden brown..take out from the skillet
- Add panch phoran and dried red chillies and let it splutter.
- Add all the vegetables and fry,once fried add sun dried lentils and add half cup of water add salt to taste and haldi.
- Let it cook until done.Serve hot with chapatis.
Sobji Dal is, when Mung Dal or Small Yellow Lentil is cooked with chopped vegetabes. This is a very healthy and comfort food. This dal can be served to any aged person.
