  3. Take a pan and heat ghee in it. Add cumin seeds, garlic and then chopped onions and satue till onions change their colour to light pink. Now add rest of turmeric powder, some more salt according to your taste, red chilli powder and mix well. Then add tomato and ginger paste and saute till it leaves ghee on it's sides.
  4. Now mix it with boiled daal and add dry coriander powder and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice or roti.
